RETURNS & REFUNDS — CYBER GENESIS

 

Every Cyber Genesis piece is made to order and hand-finished, but we want you to love what you wear.

 

30-DAY RETURNS

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. To start a return, email us at cybergenesis555@gmail.com with your order number — we reply within 24 hours.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping is paid by the customer.

 

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping needed.

 

EXCHANGES

Need another size? Email us and we will arrange an exchange as soon as your original item is on the way back.
